Our wines come to life in the vineyard and are carefully crafted through the winery process with minimal intervention. We believe in the uniqueness of the Agrelo terroir, where our three vineyards are located. From these vineyards, we produce 100% single vineyard and varietal wines, showcasing the intrinsic characteristics of each one. Our sustainably grown vineyards yield grapes with fleshy tannins and precise acidity, resulting in balanced wines that require minimal intervention in the winery. Our motto is 'wine is made in the vineyard,' and Agrelo's terroir is essential in achieving this goal.

Agrelo, located at the foot of the Andes in the department of Lujan de Cuyo, is known as a classic terroir for Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. The local wines from this region acquire quality soft red tannins that are characteristic of Agrelo. With its unique climate and excellent sun exposure at an elevation between 2950 and 3280 feet above sea level, Agrelo provides a cool microclimate that allows the grapes to ripen slowly and fully. The region experiences dry, cold winters and very hot summers, with deep alluvial soils consisting of sandy loam and silty-clay. This climate allows the vine roots to explore the terrain and maintain moisture. The marked thermal amplitude in Agrelo contributes to excellent tannin concentration, which provides structure to the wines. This differential quality is directly related to the terroir and its good isolation in an area with a favorable slope for drainage. Agrelo's terroir shapes us day by day, enlightening us and making us specialists in Agrelo wines.
